We have to manually lockdown orders as the surveys come in. So, If you fill out a survey and you cannot download your files immediately, give it some time and keep checking back. You should be able to get your downloads shortly after you submit (unless no one is at the PC(s)). So, be patient and all will be made available. Thanks.
I think that the problem concerning the digital downloads has been solved. Check to see if you can download your digital copies. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We just refreshed the PDF downloads, so take a look and see if you have access to both the Prymal: The Arena#2 PDF and the "Combined PDF" (Which is a copy of Prymal: The Arena #1). We hope that has solved the problem.
